  • Graduate of finance/accounting course.

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience

  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply.

  • Basic experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns

  • Basic knowledge of taxation legislation

  • Preferably with basic XERO and Quickbooks knowledge

  • With BPO experience is an advantage

  • Good use of Word, Excel and Outlook





  • Recording bank transactions using appropriate accounting software.

  • Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

  • Ensure all cash receipts and other payments are recorded in client’s file.

  • Regular Balance Sheet Reconciliation

  • General Bookkeeping Duties. Entering/Posting financial transactions into the appropriate computer software

  • Regular Reconciliation of Debtor/Creditors Accounts

  • Processing of payroll in client’s accounting software (if applicable)

  • Setting up new client in accounting software

  • Pro-actively raise queries and suggestions regarding client’s records

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings.

  • Assist in preparation of Draft Business Activity Statements (BAS’s) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS’s) for review by the Accountants



  • Preparation of Annual Tax Planning for clients

  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

  • Participate in external and internal training as required

  • Daily Tracking of Individual Time using Firm’s provided tools
